Order Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Incorrect Address: Maya Craft Co. is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer at checkout.

Damaged/Lost in Transit: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with proof, and we will assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.
