Refund policy

At Maya Craft Co., all products are handmade and often customized/personalized as per customer requirements. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is placed, except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Handmade Variations: As our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish compared to the product photos are natural and do not qualify as defects.

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Refunds: Approved refunds (only for verified damaged/defective items) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
